The O&W will be abandoned 68 years on March 29, 2025, so time for another ops session. Doors open at 9:30, ops 10 to 3:30 or whenever everyone is tired. The operating date will be September 1 1948. The new fangled diesels will show up on interchange and passenger trains but O&W freights will be all steam–some doubleheaded. This will require two engineers working in tandem.
