Home Shops did a special run of boxcars. Never thought I’d be able to buy commercial W&UM boxcars.

In the future the W&UM is part of the Michigan Interstate and Greg McComas has a few W&UM units on his railroad.

My grandson Luke enjoys seeing the trains run. Hopefully in a few years he can be a regular operator on the W&UM.

The LS&I (and CNW) get on the W&UM main at Diamond Junction. The “entering eastern time zone“ sign is correct for this location.
