Lake Erie and Southern RR operates May 9 1963. The LE&S is awaiting the Interstate Commerce Commission to approve the Merger between the Lake Erie and Southern Railroad and the Erie Lackawanna Railroad. The two roads have already established power swaps and run-thru service between St. Louis Mo. and the East Coast serviced by the Erie Lackawanna RR. The LE&S always operates in 1963, the merger won’t be approved until 1964. The meal is TBA we should be able to have the meal in the dining hall (garage).
