Marias Pass is getting busy with grain and intermodal business. It’s September, 1990 and the locomotive rebuild program is in full swing and newer GP50’s and SD60M’s are finding their way onto many trains over the Pass. The last days of the F-9 helpers are at hand, soon to be replaced by SD40-2’s or GP38-2’s.
