Continuing our travels and journeys in “the 1960′s Time Capsule”
with a study of Time Tables and Train Orders
using the 1967 “Consolidated Code of Operating Rules”
As I remember learning and working with them
on the Milwaukee Road and the Burlington Northern,
in that which was then called “Telegraph School”.
The Cafe car opens 30 minutes early
with immediate but limited seating available.
This could be a special time
as we turn back the clock and the pages of the calendar
to “the days that once were“!
